General Acceptance Terms

By accessing or using this website, engaging our services, or signing any related agreements, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should refrain from using this website or engaging with our services.

By proceeding, you confirm that:

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

Letter of Engagement

Upon engagement of any of our services, the Company shall draft a Letter of Engagement to be acknowledged and signed by both parties. This document will detail the scope of work, professional service fees, government fees, transportation costs, and any other related fees. Both parties will retain a signed copy for reference.

Valid Contract

The Letter of Engagement shall be deemed a legally binding document, effective immediately upon signature by both parties, and shall remain valid until the completion of tasks covered, delivery of documents, and resolution of the case. In the event of a breach of contract or incomplete fulfillment, both parties agree to amicably resolve the issue, with recourse to legal action if necessary.

Liability

The Company shall not be held liable for errors or omissions resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the client or their agents. The client agrees that all information provided shall be truthful and accurate. The Company reserves the right to verify such information to best resolve the case in the interest of both parties. The Company is also not liable for delays or damages caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, such as government actions or force majeure events.

Responsibility

The Company’s responsibility is limited to preparing and presenting the required documents and/or testimony to the relevant authorities in a satisfactory manner. The Company is not liable for actions or decisions made by Thai or other country authorities based on these submissions.

Payments Terms

Payments shall be made upfront and in full upon signing the Letter of Engagement. The client agrees to pay the full amount as stated. In exceptional circumstances, and upon agreement between the Company and the client, payments may be made in installments based on the nature of the case.

Refund

Payments made to the Company are non-refundable unless it is conclusively proven that the Company acted negligently in performing its duties as outlined in the Letter of Engagement.

Cancellation Policy

If the client cancels their engagement, no refund will be issued. However, the Company will provide the client with a credit on account equivalent to the payment made. This credit may be used for any other services offered by the Company and will remain valid for one year from the date of cancellation.

Delivery Timescales

Delivery timescales provided at the time of agreement are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Any changes to these timelines will be promptly communicated to the client along with updates on the case’s progress.
